Q1 β What is your return policy?
At Casa Di Rosso, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide a seamless shopping experience.
Eligible Items: Returns are accepted and processed as store credit for handbags, unused sunglasses, and unworn jewelry (excluding earrings). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Jewelry Returns: We accept returns on unworn, unaltered jewelry in original packaging within 3 days of delivery. Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Non-Refundable Items: The following items are final sale and not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Sale or discounted items
- Custom or personalized orders
- Earrings (hygiene)
- Cosmetics and perfumes/fragrances (hygiene and safety)
- Mystery boxes
Please reach out before purchasing if you have any questions about eligibility.
Timeframe: Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Refund Process: Approved returns are processed as store credit within 2 business days and issued as a code usable at checkout.
Q2 β How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, add your item to cart, and proceed to checkout. If you're looking for a specific item not currently listed, submit a Concierge Request and we'll track it down for you.
Q3 β Are your bags and items authentic?
Yes β 100%. Every item at Casa Di Rosso is carefully inspected and verified for authenticity before listing. We offer a digital Authentication Certificate upon request. Printed certificates or third-party authentication are available at an additional charge. Contact us for details.
Q4 β Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. For custom or personalized orders, please email us immediately. Once fulfillment has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.
Q5 β Do you have a physical storefront?
Casa Di Rosso is currently online only, proudly serving customers nationwide from South Jersey, NJ. We are excited to announce plans for an in-person shopping experience in New Jersey starting in 2027 β stay tuned!
